Will patients be funded for the full treatment amount?

Funding amount depends on the credit grade of a patient. Patients with credit scores of above 640 can get up to $15,000 for Invisalign treatment. Even patients with credit scores lower than 640 can get up to $7000 for Invisalign treatment.

For treatments that include Invisalign and/or ortho treatments, down payments are either $0, $199, or $499 based on credit grade.

How can a patient request a refund?

A patient can request a refund from the office where they received treatment. The patient cannot request a refund from HFD directly.
